That is karma. It can even manifest as blocked energy; here’s how to cleanse your karma. We have been created out of five elements – earth, water, wind, fire, and space. These five elements when imbalanced, can become core causes of illness, suffering. This can adversely affect our mental, physical & psychological health which can ruin personal and professional life. Elemental balancing shapes the body into a stepping stone towards one’s ultimate wellbeing.
